Strike is looking to hire a Customer Support Team Lead with experience in verifications. The successful candidate should strive to deliver a seamless creation of new user accounts. Join our rapidity expanding support team as we bring Bitcoin payments to the world. Day to day the role will require collaborating with the compliance team to deliver a frictionless onboarding of new users across different regions as we expand globally, handling tickets escalations and answering related support tickets. Additionally training and informing support representatives of any updates to the account verification process. This is an awesome opportunity to take ownership of a significant KPI in one of the most promising applications in the crypto space. The ideal candidate should thrive working in a fast paced, startup environment and be excited about Strike’s mission and potential. The person joining us must be comfortable with a team-first approach in a remote work environment.


  • Developing and refining procedures  
  • Identifying procedure bottlenecks and resolving
  • Defining SLA’s for compliance turnarounds 
  • Analysing support statistics
  • Training team mates on procedures and delivering refreshers as required
  • Collaborating with the KYC compliance team
  • Escalations management
  • Answering support tickets


  • 3+ years experience in a Support Team Lead role
  • Computer skills (such as spreadsheets and reports)
  • Background in KYC compliance advantageous 
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written skills
